3.) Do you need a Permit or Cultural Resource Review?
Your site plan may require a cultural resource review and /or shoreline permit application. POCD and staff at the Pend Oreille County Community Development Office are available to assist with these steps. See our permitting and cultural resource flow chart for details.
Pend Oreille Conservation District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Pend Oreille Conservation District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
